Try this Salad. Super easy & delicious‼️
Ingredients:
- Kale cut tiny
- Cucumber chopped
- Tomato cut small
- Mint leaves minced
- Raw onion minced
- Raw minced garlic
- Moringa leaves
Mix everything
Top it with your choice of Protein…..
Today I felt like eating some friend eggs. Reminder though that all plants have plant proteins. Beans, nut & Peas are excellent sources of protein and these are usually my choices.
🔴🔴 You can make your salad ahead of time & store it in Mason Jars in the back of the refrigerator. Stays fresh for a few days🔵🔵
