In all my years, I have never heard of anyone who was able to ditch their eyeglasses, except of course they decided to do a LASIK surgery or use contact lenses all the time which is generally not recommended as the eyes need time to breathe, as it were.

I have been wearing glasses for well over 30 years.  At the age of 40, my vision deteriorated significantly to the point where I was totally reliant on them. Needing them to drive, read, watch TV.  In fact, I would don them as soon as I got out of bed in the mornings and remove them just before going to sleep at night. My Ophthalmologist reassured me that I was over 40 and that it was quite “normal” for me to now require Bifocal lenses.  Not knowing any better, I accepted his diagnosis.

Ten years or so later, as I began to transition to a Healthier way of living: Eating clean, incorporating more fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, beans.  With moderate exercise, decreasing my stress levels, learning to pray and meditate, drink lots of water, and get adequate sleep, I noticed a gradual improvement in my vision.  At first, it was quite subtle.

Today, I am delighted to report that I have not needed glasses in the last 2 years or so.  My vision problems have totally reversed due to a healthier lifestyle, Great Nutrition being the number one. You see, if we can learn to master the food addiction. Making the effort to Eat To Live, then all the other healthy lifestyles will fall into place.

My sister Yvonne is 61 years old today.  She also changed to a healthier way of living over 3 years ago. At that time, she wore a size 18 dress and was very ill.  Due to a health scare, she made the choice to Live. Since then, she has lost and kept off over 60 pounds. She’s now and has been a size 2 for over 3 years.  Today she announced to us that she no longer relies on her glasses and is able to see clearly without them.  She had been wearing glasses since the age of 12.

You too can reverse and rid yourself of all kinds of health issues with a healthy lifestyle.  It is cheaper to be healthy.  Glasses and eye exams are quite expensive and many health insurance plans do not cover them.
