Some things cannot be scientifically proven.
In today’s world, everyone wants scientific proof for everything.
So much has been written and talked about regarding the power of Positive thoughts, the power of Positive thinking. Positive mindset.
Allow me to tell you about my personal experience with this phenomenon.
In my quest to attain & maintain Wholistic Health & Wellness, I discovered early that I must deal with my mindset, my thought process, my attitude. There are some things in life that are unexplainable. One of them is that Positivity begets Positivity. The opposite is true also, Negativity begets Negativity.
Hence, since I wanted to change my Negative experiences to Positive experiences, I had to deal with my thought process.
Anything and anyone can be trained. Anything can be learned if we put our mind to it.
Setting out to transform my life experiences by changing the way I think, led me to read writings by Neville Goddard, the Christian Bible, sayings of Buddha, Wayne Dyer, The Secret and anyone that I could learn from. Anyone that could influence my way of thinking.
One of the practices that I quickly embraced was Gratitude. The Christian Bible has many scriptures encouraging Gratitude.
Gratitude tends to put things into the right perspective. Give thanks in all circumstances became one if my all time favorite scriptures. Realizing that “all things work together for my good….”, my perspective on circumstances, on situations, about life’s ups and downs, changed to one of Hope.
Another game changer was when I lost my marriage, health, houses to foreclosures, friends and even jobs. When I worked 2 jobs but didn’t have enough money to rent an apartment after deciding to leave the marriage. These are game changers.
I could have decided to continue to walk the path of Negativity, feeling sorry for myself. Feeling angry at the world for doing me wrong…and I did for a while, but, what good could I gain from this? Nothing!
This has been my experience with the Art of Positivity, Positive thinking, Positive mindset, Positive attitude:
✅ The brain can be trained to be a Positive thinker.
✅ With time, thinking Positively became my norm
✅ Anyone can be trained to be a Positive thinker if they are willing to do the work
✅ Positivity is a blessing. Everything starts to change for the better when we embrace Positivity as a way of life
✅ Positive thoughts and Positive actions attract more Positive thoughts and more Positive actions.
✅ If I want things to go well for me, I must be mindful of my thought processes and constantly guard my mind from Negativity, Negative thoughts and Negative mindset
✅ We tend to attract what or who we are.

Want Happy people surrounding you? Be happy yourself.
Oftentimes, we block our blessings due to our Negative mentality. That too can change.
