✅ Stop Eating by 7 pm
✅ Eat your largest meal for lunch
✅ Dinner should be light
✅ If you’re hungry after 7 pm. Eat a few slices of apples with a tad of nut butter
✅ Eat more green veggies to keep you full.
✅ Minimize or eliminate processed foods
✅ Minimize or eliminate rice, pastry, junk food, sugar, dairy. Minimize redskin or white potatoes. Minimize or eliminate bread, cookies..anything made with flour.
✅ Drink an adequate amount of water
✅ Moderate exercise like walking
✅ Get enough sleep
✅ Cut out night eating
