● 1 cup cooked chickpeas
● 1 cup cooked lentils
● 1 carrot cut small lengthwise
● 1 small onion chopped
● 4 Whole fresh garlic
● 1 small ripe tomato chopped
● 2 slices ginger root minced
● 2 tablespoon olive oil
● Pinch salt to taste
● 1/4 tsp allspice powder
● 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Heat oil on medium. Add everything. Saute on low heat for 15 minutes
