Herbal tea
Ingredients:

● Ginger
● Turmeric
● Pinch of cayenne powder
● Fresh lime or lemon juice

Blend Ginger & Turmeric. Add to a cup of hot water. Mix in the cayenne & lime/lemon juice. May add a bit of honey
