It’s Herbal Tea time.  Relax with a warm cup of herbal tea at night. Helps with sleep and helps me to relax.

●1 handful Moringa leaves & stems

● 4 Dried Soursop leaves

● 1/2 handful dried Dandelion flowers

  • 32 ounces of water.
  • Bring water to boil.  Lower heat to simmer.

Add all ingredients. Boil on simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat & let brew for 10 minutes. Strain & enjoy with or without a tad of organic honey.  Save extra in the refrigerator & reheat when ready to drink.

This tea helps me to relax and have a good night’s sleep.  It also has many great nutrients to help to nourish our bodies.
