OATMEAL BOWL

Simplify that Healthy breakfast:

  • 1 cup Old fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Flax, chia & hemp seeds mix
  • 1 cup water
  • combine all the above ingredients. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Remove heat.
  • Top with Strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, nuts of choice
    Optional: 1 tsp  coconut oil or 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Optional:  1 teaspoon dandelion powder or moringa powder
    Enjoy.
