OATMEAL BOWL
Simplify that Healthy breakfast:
- 1 cup Old fashioned Oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon Flax, chia & hemp seeds mix
- 1 cup water
- combine all the above ingredients. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Remove heat.
- Top with Strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, nuts of choice
Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil or 3 tablespoons coconut milk - Optional: 1 teaspoon dandelion powder or moringa powder
