Stress Kills. What will YOU do about it?

Stress Kills

So many folks are getting all sorts of health issues due to Chronic, Excessive Stress. Is it really worth the stress?
Folks are so busy doing this and that.
Pursuing this or that.
Nothing is enough anymore.
We want more, better, bigger.

Isn’t it time that we take a firm stance to put our mental,  emotional,  spiritual, and physical health first?

Cancer wreaks havoc on so many.
One in three persons has hypertension.
Depression & anxiety are the norms nowadays. It is common to live on 4 to 5 hours of sleep at night. The shelves are filled with digestive drugs for reflux and constipation. Pain pills are best sellers to soothe the constant body aches and pain. The pharmaceutical companies are dancing and the Healthcare systems get fat and rich and we get sicker and sicker.  When does this end?
It ends when we wake up and take charge of our own lives…of our own health.
After all,  who suffers? Who dies?
You, of course!

So, find creative ways to reduce or eliminate those stressors.
Nothing!…no money, no job, no business,  no family,  no friends…Nothing is worth your peace of mind…your mental, emotional,   spiritual nor physical health & well-being.

✔Make the time & effort to Eat better

✔When was the last time you had real fun?

✔Get some sunlight as often as you can. Sunlight is good for so many things including improving our mood & our sleep
✔ Walking is Medicine and is so relaxing that you’ll start to feel more relaxed and enjoy the sceneries around you
✔Water helps to balance our body’s ph, flush toxins from the body, and helps to improve our overall health
✔Meditation & Prayer. I can’t say how very effective these are. You just have to try it to see for yourself.
✔ We heal while we sleep.  Need I say more? We must make every effort to get adequate sleep.
