Ingredients

● 2 large Kale leaves washed and cut tiny
● 2 slices raw onion minced
● 1/4 cup Purple cabbage grated
● 1 ripe Haas avocado cut into cubes
● 6 fresh mint leaves finely minced
● A few Fresh moringa leaves
● 4 Fresh grape leaves finely minced
● 1 tablespoon grated beetroot bulb
● 2 tablespoon olive oil
● 2 tablespoons raw apple-cider vinegar
● 2 tablespoons dried unsweetened Cranberries

Mix everything together & enjoy
Serve with Blackeyed peas dish & baked potato
