My raw salad today:

Kale chopped small

Bokchoy chopped small

1 stalk celery minced

1 slice Raw onion minced

Mint leaves finely minced

Avocado

Grated purple cabbage

Drizzle with apple cider vinegar & olive oil

Topped with pecan nuts
