Oven Roasted Corn on The Cob
Ingredients:
- Corn on the cob. Remove husk
- Olive oil
- Salt or seasoning salt to taste
- Black pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Pinch paprika
- Allspice powder
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Coat corn well with olive oil. Place in a large rectangular baking tray.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Using your fingers, rub the mixed spices onto the oiled corn on the cob.
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Bake on top shelf of the oven for 30 minutes. Using a long fork, turn the corn after 15 minutes.
🌽You may add any of your favorite powdered spices including powdered onion or garlic to make Your corn as delicious as ever.
