Cinnamon Tea
Tea is Served
There is hardly anything more delightful than a warm cup of Herbal tea at the end of the day.
It soothes & relaxes as we prepare to retire to bed. These teas are also rich in Vitamins & Minerals to fortify our bodies and boost our immune systems.
Here is the recipe for my tea tonight:
Ingredients:
- Ginger leaves
- Cinnamon stick
- Pepper leaves
- Moringa leaves
Bring water to boil
Lower heat to low
Add the above ingredients
Simmer for 2 minutes
Remove heat
Let sit for 10 minutes
Strain & enjoy with or without a bit of organic honey
