- Kale washed & chopped tiny
- Raw onion minced
- 1 clove fresh garlic minced
- Ripe tomato cut small
- Handful of walnuts
- Olive oil & apple cider vinegar or your favorite healthy salad dressing
Add chopped kale to a bowl
Top with tomato. Sprinkle on onion & garlic. Top with walnut. Drizzle with olive oil & vinegar. Enjoy
