  • Kale washed & chopped tiny
  • Raw onion minced
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced
  • Ripe tomato cut small
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Olive oil & apple cider vinegar or your favorite healthy salad dressing

Add chopped kale to a bowl

Top with tomato. Sprinkle on onion & garlic. Top with walnut. Drizzle with olive oil & vinegar. Enjoy
