A recipe for you: Dinner Today
Salad Ingredients
- Baby spinach
- Broccoli florets
- Raw sliced onion
- Dried dates
- Dried Cranberries
- Raisins
- Nuts of choice
Mix everything. Drizzle with olive oil & Raw apple cider vinegar
Cooked veggies:
Ingredients:
- chopped Collard Greens
- Cabbage chopped
- 1 Chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 small ripe tomato chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Pinch crushed red pepper
- 1/2 sweet potato chopped
- 6 whole pimentos
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 cups water
Place everything in a pot. Boil on low for about 30 minutes till potatoes are mushy. Drink the Broth. May add a pinch of Cayenne pepper powder to broth.
Serve with Baked Sweet 🍠
