Soup Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Lots of onion
  • Lots of garlic
  • Celery
  • Turnip bulb
  • Rutabaga bulb
  • Carrot
  • 10 Pimento grains
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Wash all the above vegetables, chop small. Boil all the above in a big pot until veggies are tender.

When cool, blend in a blender till creamy

Ingredients for Topping/Garnish

  • Italian parsley finely minced
  • Broccoli florets finely minced
  • Green onion finely minced
  • Pinch cayenne pepper powder
