Soup Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms
- Lots of onion
- Lots of garlic
- Celery
- Turnip bulb
- Rutabaga bulb
- Carrot
- 10 Pimento grains
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wash all the above vegetables, chop small. Boil all the above in a big pot until veggies are tender.
When cool, blend in a blender till creamy
Ingredients for Topping/Garnish
- Italian parsley finely minced
- Broccoli florets finely minced
- Green onion finely minced
- Pinch cayenne pepper powder
βοΈPour creamed soup in a bowl
βοΈTop with the above garnish
βοΈEnjoy
