Many have asked how to lose the excess weight quickly, safely and keep it off for good. There is NO safe way to lose the weight quickly. Besides, quick Weight-loss usually lead to quicker and more weight gain. Here are a few tips below to help you to succeed once and for all ‼️

Tips to Lose the Weight & keep it off for Good‼️:

Make up your mind that you are in this for the long haul. No in or out… Stick to it no matter what. Reset & Restart as often as you need to.

Change the way you eat to include 50% of your plate will be vegetable . 25% Healthy Carbs. 25% Healthy Protein (my protein comes primarily from beans & peas) but remember that ALL plants have Protein🤷‍♀️

Cut out the night eating

Eat your heaviest meal for lunch

Drink at least 64 ounces water daily

Get 8 hours of sleep at night

Reduce that stress level. Excess stress leads to overeating & junk food eating

Significantly reduction in Junk food consumption

Exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 4 days per week

Intermittent Fasting works very well for me. I encourage you to look into it to see if this is something that could work for you as well👌🏿

Remember it’s all about the calories: Fat Calories. Protein Calories. Carbohydrate Calories. Reduce those Calories🤷‍♀️
