Salad ingredients

  • Organic Spring mix salad ($1.99 family pack on sale)
  • Cucumber slices
  • Raw red onion minced
  • Celery stalks cut tiny
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Dried cranberries
  • Raisins

Mix every in a large bowl. Drizzle with Apple cider vinegar with the mother

  • Spoon onto plate or bowl
  • Garnish with Avocado Slices
  • Top with cooked Black beans

Serve with Baked sweet Potato or Wild Rice/Quinoa
