Salad ingredients

- Cucumber slices
- Raw red onion minced
- Celery stalks cut tiny
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Dried cranberries
- Raisins
Mix every in a large bowl. Drizzle with Apple cider vinegar with the mother
- Spoon onto plate or bowl
- Garnish with Avocado Slices
- Top with cooked Black beans
Serve with Baked sweet Potato or Wild Rice/Quinoa
