1/2 teaspoon Spicy Jamaican Jerk Sauce
1 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup juice from cooked black beans
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Gently sauté on medium heat for 15 minutes
Serve with a raw salad & baked sweet potato
