Oatmeal for Dinner? Why not?? Busy Lifestyle but determined to eat Healthy: Try this tasty, Healthy, Easy recipe that will keep you feeling satisfied. In fact, this can be a meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Recipe:
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
- 1 cup water
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Grind into a powder 1 tablespoon Of combined chia, hemp and flax seeds (less than 1 minute prep time)
- Spoon oatmeal into a bowl
- Top with 1/4 tsp organic coconut oil, powdered flax, hemp & chia seeds, handful of walnuts or your favorite nuts, 1/2 tsp moringa powder, 1/4 tsp dandelion root powder, 1/4 tsp dandelion leaf powder. Pinch of cinnamon powder, pinch nutmeg. Sliced strawberries & grapes.
- (Skip the sugar & milk)
- This simple bowl will have you salivating. Say bye bye to constipation & your energy level will be through the roof😀
