Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 4 strawberries washed and chopped
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1tsp dandelion root or leaf powder
  • 1 tsp flax, chia, hemp seeds powder
  • Handful of chopped walnuts

Cook oatmeal for 5 minutes

Pour into a bowl

Top with the above ingredients & enjoy

No need for milk or sweetener/sugar
