Dancing, going out to people watch, gardening, the arts such as plays, concerts & museums. Nature walks. Just sitting in my backyard with my hubby, cat & dogs. Walking on the river or the beach. Travel. Write Health blogs for my website & my newsletter. Watch the birds. Exercise, more specifically my new jogging exercise. Spending time with my children, their spouses and my grandchildren. Talking to my sisters and friends on the phone. Quiet time in Meditation & Prayer
These are a few of the things that I love and enjoy doing.
📺 I have not watched TV for over 4 years and I do NOT miss it nor do I have any desire to go back to watching TV.
Doing the things I love and enjoy brings Peace, Contentment & Joy to my spirit
