Raw Salad Recipe:
- Bokchoy washed & chopped tiny pieces
- Cucumber washed, peeled cut small pieces
- Raw red onion thinly sliced
- Sliced sweet peppers
- Slices of ripe tomato
- Top with sliced avocado
Drizzle with olive oil & apple cider vinegar
🎈May add beans or nuts, quinoa, wild rice and even fruits
