  • Bokchoy washed & chopped tiny pieces
  • Cucumber washed, peeled cut small pieces
  • Raw red onion thinly sliced
  • Sliced sweet peppers
  • Slices of ripe tomato
  • Top with sliced avocado

Drizzle with olive oil & apple cider vinegar

🎈May add beans or nuts, quinoa, wild rice and even fruits
