  • Black eyed peas sautéed with onion, garlic, tomato, sweet pepper, pinch of salt, black pepper, allspice, olive oil
  • Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond nuts.
  • Top with a dash of cayenne powder
