Dinner today:
- steamed sweet potato
- Black eyed peas sautéed with onion, garlic, tomato, sweet pepper, pinch of salt, black pepper, allspice, olive oil
- Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond nuts.
- Top with a dash of cayenne powder
