💋Here’s the recipe for my fasting smoothie:


– 1 dragon fruit (including the skin and pulp)

– 1 ripe banana

– 1 slice of avocado

– Warm water (as needed for blending)


1. Wash the dragon fruit thoroughly and remove any debris from the skin.

2. Cut the dragon fruit into chunks, including the skin and pulp, and place them into a blender.

3. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.

4. Add the slice of avocado to the blender.

5. Pour in some warm water to help with blending and achieve your desired consistency.

6. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well-combined.

7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

💋This smoothie combines the refreshing flavor of dragon fruit with the creaminess of banana and avocado, providing a nourishing and satisfying drink to support me during my  fast. (Taste like ice cream)
