Here’s the recipe for my  raw salad today:


– 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks

– 1 tomato, washed and cut into chunks

– Mustard greens, washed and minced

– 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced

– 1/2 raw sweet potato, peeled and grated

– A few mint leaves, minced (from my garden)

– A few sweet basil leaves, minced (from my garden)

– 2 leaf of life leaves, minced (from my garden)

– 1 teaspoon flax & chia seed powder


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber chunks, tomato chunks, minced mustard greens, diced avocado, grated sweet potato, minced mint leaves, minced sweet basil leaves, and minced leaf of life leaves.

2. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.

3. Drizzle the flax & chia seed powder over the salad.

4. Toss the salad again to evenly distribute the powder.

5. Serve and enjoy this low-calorie, nutritious, delicious, and easy-to-make raw salad!
