Today, I whipped up a delicious and nutritious smoothie thatβs perfect for a healthy boost. Here’s what I used:
– Callaloo from my garden (optional)
– Kale
– 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 2 tablespoons flax & chia seeds
– Fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon moringa powder from my garden
– 1 whole apple
– 4 pieces of cantaloupe
– Water
– A pinch of cayenne
Blend all these amazing ingredients together and enjoy! This smoothie is packed full of great nutrients that are sure to energize your day. π
