Healthy Eating Made Easy: My Simple Strategy

🥦Yes, I eat healthily every day because I choose to do so. For me, there’s no other option. One of my favorite strategies is to make enough salads to last for 2-3 days. I place them in the fridge and use as needed.

🥗Prepping ahead makes eating healthy a lot easier and ensures I always have nutritious meals ready to go. It’s a small effort that pays off in a big way!
