🥗Healthy Mustard Greens Salad Recipe
**Salad Ingredients:**
– Curly mustard greens, raw and chopped small
– Minced red onion
– Minced ripe tomato
– Yellow bell pepper, chopped
– Celery, cut small
– Top with avocado slices
**Healthy Salad Dressing Ingredients:**
– Olive oil
– Balsamic vinegar
– Pinch iodide salt
– Pinch black pepper
– Dried parsley leaves
– Dried oregano herbs
**Instructions:**
1. Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
3. Pour dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
**Note:**
Mustard greens have a peppery flavor. It was an acquired taste for me, but now I love it in my salads. Raw salads help to keep us feeling full & satisfied and are packed with vitamins and minerals to strengthen our bodies.
